Ignore it.

Sometimes, the only way to deal with pain or fear is to ignore it.Not accept it, not embrace it, not try understand it, but completely ignore it as if it is not there.

Doesn't mean it'll go away. As a matter of fact, if you ignore it, it might grow uglier and bite you in the derrière.

Deal with it while you've still hit a grip over it.

Considering the toothache i am suffering, you have a point. Bass am talking more about emotional pain or specifically about fear.

I sometimes envy my laptop. Push a button and it would shut down. I can't shut my fears and thoughts down. Wish I could :)
